A business plan is a written statement in which people specifies its goals and why the particular business carried on and how these goals can be achieved are mentioned. They written document can have the organizational background like the human capital who is going to accomplish the task for achieving that goals.
Before staring any business an individual must have business plan in his mind that he his going to start such business and for that business what are the resources he have what amount should be available at the opening from where the raw material will come from and where he is going to establish a business.
So you need to go to the ground like any commercial are at where you will establish your business either you are going to purchase the building/plot or you will rent that building it all depends on how financially strong you are, if you are having huge funds and you believe that you should purchase it and then you have enough money for survival than you must purchase it otherwise you have to pay the rent on every month and some legal formalities are also have to followed with the owners.

Now you will your building, all the resources available to you, supplier and you Knowledge, Skills and Attributes now this is up to you how you are going to lift your business to high peek. Every business is started with its introduction and then the high point is maturity so you have to maintain that maturity as well say for instance you have advertised your business in well manner and now your business in growth after that it will be on peek, now your business have name, fame on the maturity on the business you have to maintain its dignity by providing good and constant service to your customers. There is theory about the business it have 3 phases 1. Introduction 2. Growth 3. Maturity 4. Decline.
Once you are reached at peek you must not lose that fame and go for the declining position you have to maintain the same position on the peek and make your business number one and computable.
